So they were  deferred to supplemental negotiations that started in November and  wrapped up this past Tuesday, Feb. 2.

The proposal prioritizes public safety and returns the discretion to the CCO and the Hearings Officer. Management recently notified the Union of their intent to BFOQ (bona fide occupational qualification) all of the positions at Pine Lodge Corrections Center for Women. In part, the decision to BFOQ positions is based upon the Jane Doe lawsuit. The agency’s response has been to remove cross-gender supervision at Pine Lodge.
